How can I improve the resistance of brickwork and building blocks to outdoor weather conditions?

Our Weather Coat products are specially designed for maximum protection of bricks and building blocks from various weather environments. Can be used in extreme harsh conditions

Painting wooden Works

  • Burn, Rub, and clean all knots
  • Apply a coat of Undercoat and allow to dry
  • Apply 3 coats of oil based putty
  • Rub and clean surface
  • Apply a second coat of Undercoat
  • Apply a coat of putty on needed areas
  • Apply 2 – 3 Oil Based finishing coats

Painting walls and ceilings

  • Rub, and clean surface (clean with water)
  • Apply a coat of Primer Sealer and allow to dry
  • Apply 3 coats of putty
  • Rub and clean surface
  • Apply a coat of Undercoat
  • Apply a coat of putty on needed areas
  • Apply 2 – 3 Water Based finishing coats

Painting external cement works

  • Rub, and clean surface (clean with water)
  • Apply a coat of Primer Sealer and allow to dry
  • Apply a coats of external putty on needed areas
  • Rub and clean surface
  • Apply 2 – 3 External finishing coats

Painting steel works

  • Rub, and clean surface (clean with white spirit)
  • Apply a coat of primer and allow to dry
  • Apply a coat of polyester filler putty on needed areas
  • Rub and clean surface
  • Apply a coat of Undercoat
  • Apply 2 – 3 Oil Based finishing coats

Solving the problem of damp and yellow spots!

As many customers complain about the damp and yellow spots, that are the result of penetration of water into the walls. One should solve this problem by first totally stripping down all layers of paint and secondly apply a coat of, Interior damp seal, which produces a non-porous layer that  illuminates any damping. After which we apply the rest stages of paint.

Solving the problem of cracks in the cement layer!

Cracks appear as a result of the settling of cement. In order to solve this problem one should use a special kind of elastic putty, that bonds it together. After which we apply the rest stages of paint.

Solving the problem of paint peeling in bathrooms and kitchens!

 Vapor is the main cause for the paint peeling in bathrooms and kitchens. A special paint is recommended in such conditions, Levis SuperTop, Brolac/Berger FullGloss, or Brolac/Berger Pep Vinyl Silk Emulsion. These products are distinguished by their non-porous layer which prevent vapor from penetrating through them.

Solving the problem of worms in wood!

The continuous contact of water to wood, leads to the production of wood worms. The best way to prevent this from occurring is to totally seal the wood . 5 Star wood Treatment, is the protective internal coat used.

Solving the problem of rust on steel!

One is confronted with the oxidation of metal due to harsh weather conditions. A special primer, Levis Ferrominium, is needed to be applied under such conditions, to protect. We advise you to first sand all rust already found and then use Levis Ferrominium.

Water proofing of outside porous stones!

To solve the problem of water penetration of porous stones, and keep it in its well and rich appearance, 2 – 3 coats of Cuprotect Clear Water Seal are needed.  It is very much needed to inhibit penetration by a colorless non-yellowing internal protective coat.

  • Sand Papers : clean and sand any surface
  • Scrappers  : application of putty
  • Brushes  : Application of any kind of paint
  • Rollers  : Application of any kind of paint
  • Spray Guns : Application of any kind of paint

Dilution Products:

  • Water : for water based paints, Emulsion
  • White Spirit : for alkyd based paints
  • Thinner : for nitrocellulose and polyurethane paints
